Andrew at reception was a total chommie, really made us feel welcome. The room was so clean and cozy, perfect to flop on after a day of exploring. And like, the shower had proper hot water, which I loved. Such a lekker place to chill!

The only thing missing was a bigger mirror for make-up, a bit of a mission for us gals!

I had a comfortable stay after the initial hiccup with the communication about the deposit. the manager handled it well. The reception staff was aware of my concerns, which allowed me to settle in with ease.

The basement room had steep stairs that made access tricky, and there was no help available if anything went wrong after hours. The bathroom only had a functioning hot water tap, forcing me to choose between a scalding shower or none at all, while the room felt cold with no heater. the place looked shabby with a strange smell and unclean grey walls.

the only downside was that the room felt a bit cramped for two, but it had super clean sheets and an awesome shower with strong pressure. also, the bed was really comfy, made for a great night's sleep. can't forget how friendly the staff were, always smiling and helpful.

Customer service was exceptional. the staff provided a warm welcome and ensured a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, just a 10-minute walk from the waterfront attractions and close to a Tesco Express for snacks.
